When I see this stark building I laugh. All I can think about it my class mate Nicholas Kemper...
Every week at assembly he would get up to the podium, raise his fist, and belt,
"YOUTH IN GOVERNMENT!"
I proclaim this building in honor of Nick and everyone who was involved with Youth in Government.
It just screams government building.
