The asterisk comes in a lot of different types (bold, skinny limbs to thicker limbs, lines with circles on the end of it). In handwriting people always have different renditions of the asterisk. I like this cotton candy one because it gives the asterisk a new 3D form. The cotton candy and air inside the bags are malleable, just how the asterisk is in its many type faces.
